How Does the Active Aging Challenge Work?

It's simple, no sign-up form needed! Just follow these steps:

  1. Book and attend the weekly check-in classes for support and encouragement!
  2. Complete the weekly challenge:
  3. Take a class that matches the weekly theme (We'll suggest options to keep it simple! No need to report back—we’ll track your attendance automatically.)
  4. Try the weekly activity (honor system here!)
