Enter medical information in the health app so that data can be easily read on your Apple watch in the event of an emergency.

Steps for entering medical information are

open health app
tap on avatar, pic, or circle with your initial in the top right of the screen
tap on Medical ID
tap "edit" in the top right hand corner of the next screen
tap on the area in which you want to add information and type it in
Once you are finished, tap "Done" in the top right of the screen

While on the summary tab in the Health app, add favorites to your summary tab by following these instructions:

scroll down to Favorites and tap "edit"
on the next screen, tap on the star beside anything that you want to make your favorite.

Tap on "Done" in the top right of the screen

this will take you back to the summary page and you will see the items you added as your favorite
tap on any favorite to see a screen with more detailed information about that activity favorite
