Cook the Ravioli: Cook the frozen ravioli according to the package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Mushrooms: In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they become tender and golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
Add Garlic and Spinach: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2 minutes.
Creamy Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and combines with the mushrooms, garlic, and spinach.
Add Broth: Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and stir to create a creamy sauce. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine with Ravioli: Carefully fold the cooked ravioli into the creamy mushroom and spinach sauce. Make sure the ravioli are well coated with the sauce.
