Cook the quinoa by adding 1 to 2 cups of water per cup of quinoa, depending on the consistency wanted, use 1 cup for a more firm texture.
Grate/cut your vegetables.
Cook the onion, garlic, and vegetables in a small amount of vegetable broth. While cooking add a splash of coconut aminos or soy sauce.
Once the quinoa and vegetables are cooked, plate them and garnish with cilantro or parsley and sesame seeds.
