You will need strips of paper, either cut, torn or out of a paper shredder or you can use quilling strips made for quillers.
You will need an instrument to wrap the strip of paper. (quilling stylus, skewer, pencil, pen, paintbrush)
You will need runny glue. (Elmer’s, Aleen’s Craft glue, etc…)
You will need a blank sheet of paper. (any weight or color will do)
Optional tools: A quilling paper trainer, and tweezers
